As an Account Executive, you will be the catalyst for company growth. Your main focus will be to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships in order to turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients such as, general contractors, property managers, electricians, end users, and homeowners.
  • Use your sales skills and customer service abilities to educate all potential clients on Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control products and services offered.
  • Perform walkthroughs of homes and businesses to determine their needs and requirements. Prepare and present sales presentations and proposals based on the desired systems.
  • Oversee the implementation of your projects, working closely with the customer and operations team to ensure customer satisfaction is high and everything is executed according to Company standards.
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and meet quarterly sales goals established by you and your manager.
  • Drive your personal vehicle in performance of duties in a safe and responsible manner.

About you:

  • You possess technical knowledge of security industry, or ability and drive to learn quickly.
  • You can relate to others, building credibility, rapport, and trust in an honest and straightforward manner.
  • You have excellent oral/written communication skills.
  • You have excellent customer relations skills including timely follow up.
  • Your have well developed presentation skills.
  • You have demonstrated negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult calls with tact and diplomacy.
  • You are comfortable traveling throughout Colorado at least 75% of the time.
  • You possess excellent computer skills, including knowledge of all Google Suite programs.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary - $45,000 - $225,000+ per year
